What do we really want to be? What are our dreams really made of? Is it What we want to be? Or what we see in others and we want to pursue a life like them? Or what we see more successfully running around us? Or what we seek simply because it’s easy? “The mere presence of Passion within you is all you need to fulfill your Dreams.” – Dr. Wayne Dyer. The other day someone told me I exaggerate word or term “The Dream!” then what really it is! I asked him how? He said it’s because it’s very irrational to state that what we think is our dream and what we practically do in our lives is actually the reality and there’s nothing much “Real Dream!” and “Dreams!” are just what we see when we are asleep! I said ok! I completely Respect to what you say but can you clarify one thing? Did you always “Dream!”, sorry “Think” of working 9-5 job, travel in a crowded bus for 2hours, get scolded for not meeting the target, eat cold packed food and not be there along with your family most of the time? Did you really want this? He said “you know what you always respect what we say and confuse us with your life philosophical talks and also I am not in a mood to answer as I have had a bad day not reaching my target in the office! I said Cool! Have Fun! This is what people don’t understand that their Dreams are like a complete story to the small to big aspirations they have for themselves and how they want to live their lives! It is about every single detail about who you wish to be felt when you complete your Dream! It has to do so much with your purpose of living and not just merely need to fulfill your pockets with money. I will be very practical and tell you Dreams do Come true when we pursue them with all love and passion! But I will completely disagree with the thought that Dreams have to rational and fit into someone’s reality! No, it doesn’t need to fit into a reality of someone’s perception! Stop making things more rational just to be believed and limiting your endless potential of what you really want to be! Like if 24-year-old Philippe Petit had thought that walking between Twin Towers of the World Trade Center is irrational he would never be able to complete his Dream to walk on it! And he just didn’t walk between the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center but he performed for 45 minutes, making eight passes along the wire during which he walked, danced, lay down on the wire, and knelt to salute watchers on August 7, 1974. Damn! He made it true for himself and didn’t wait for someone tells him that it was rational to do it! You may hear and experience many such magical stories which came true with just the thought of not letting their Dream go! No matter what happened they strived so hard and had faith in that instinct which made their dreams come true! Today many have achieved and lived their Dream! You don’t need to wait for finding a perfect example for your Dream and life story! Just like Captain AD Manek, he Started his childhood with nothing to look forward but just work and loads of hard labor to do. Working in fields as child labor and wanting to move with life even at the age of 7. He knew the importance of education and continued his education no matter what circumstances came forward, he truly also knew the power of Dreaming big or we must say Dream of flying! At 13, one thing became very certain for him when he saw a plane flying above him while he was working on the field all drenched in mud and sweat, that he wanted to Fly and Become a Pilot! His strive to grow more never saw the end, living in the slum and sitting under oil lamps to study. Skipping his meals to buy second handed aviation books were his only happy thing to be! A boy who could merely read English, coming from a small village studied in Gujarati medium and then growing up to becoming this wise man who kept working towards his dreams collecting money for the pilot training, changing almost 28 various jobs and also supporting his family. But his hard work really paid off when we got financial help from Chief Minister of Gujarat and in few months he was in the US– studying at an Aviation Training Inc Hayward, California, working part-time and building his Dream! Nothing stopped Captain Manek to Unfollow his Dream and go back to Rational thinking of a boy from child labor in Gujarat cannot become a Pilot !! Cancel! Delete! Clear! Crash! Burn! Flush! Let go! of all such limiting thoughts that make you go far from your true reality of attaining your Dream and fulfilling your Life Purpose! There nothing more painful than to not to follow your Dreams and let it pass through you only for the limitations you put in your head! Make a move for yourself and set your Heart out for your Dreams!
