Sometimes you don't need anything, just to SIT IN and LET IT IN. LET IT MAKE YOU FEEL IT ALL


I do this often to cut of the noise, all the chaos I have been feeling inside and around me.


When things get overwhelming or just a little out of balance.

The first simple thing to do is

Sit by yourself,

Be with you,

Listen to yourself ONLY yourself,

Go slow, and gentle with all that you are feeling and thinking,

Be clear about what you wanna keep and let it go.

End this with simple breathing.


Practice a day with nothingness, doing mundane tasks but not forcing yourself to be or do something big.

Nothing can top this simple yet most Powerful ritual of being with your own self.


But! Remember to give it a day or sometime not more than that and re instate yourself into the space of power and integration you are!
