Be with you,
Listen to yourself ONLY yourself,
Go slow, gentle with all that you are feeling and thinking,
Be clear of what you wanna keep in and let it go.
End this with a simple breathing. 💞Nothing can top this simple yet most Powerful ritual of being with your own self.
