When we are ungrounded we feel confused, anxious, restless, jittery, keep falling, breathless, all over the space and can't think straight or have a clarity of thoughts.

If you feel so like this often then practice some of the tips here!

1- Sit on floor feeling the ground/surface beneath you and connect with the energy. Ask the mama Earth energy intentionally to ground your energy and take deep gentle breathes.๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ

2- Keep your feets on the floor and press your feets tight on the floor connecting with the surface beneath,slowly imagine like there are roots going from your feets to the surface down to mama earth grounding your energy.๐Ÿ‘ฃ๐Ÿฆถ

3- Follow the process in 2nd point and Draw an image/sketch of roots on your feets, everytime you look at it feel you are protected and grounded well in your energy. (Best for children as they can do and tap onto it easily)๐ŸŒณโœ๏ธ

4 - Walk barefooted in your home or take a special walk on the grass or any rough natural space for minimum 10minutes intentionally feeling being grounded. ๐ŸŸข๐Ÿ‘ฃ

5 - Eat or chew on foods that has roots and are grown underground like Carrots, Yams, Beetroots, Turnips, Garlic, Onion, Ginger, Turmeric, Radish, etc. You can also make tea of them but prefer to use the natural fruit/vegetable than powder.๐Ÿ ๐Ÿฅ”๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿต
